Discover the story of Alina and Eugen — from Los Angeles to Pove del Grappa, Italy — where 100 ancient olive trees inspired a boutique organic olive oil brand dedicated to taste, design, and emotion.

When we met four years ago in Los Angeles, no one could have imagined that our lives would one day revolve around olive trees in Northern Italy.

Our begining. When a dream takes root in Italy

Alina, a psychologist, and Eugen, a real estate entrepreneur, met far from home — and an ordinary vacation in Italy changed everything. What started as a simple plan for a holiday home turned into a new life among centuries-old olive trees. Some were over 500 years old, abandoned yet full of silent history.

Pove del Grappa – A hidden treasure in Veneto

Pove del Grappa is a small village with a millennia-old history and a unique micro climate. Nestled among the hills of Veneto, between vineyards and the Brenta River gorge, it’s one of Europe’s northernmost regions where olive trees still thrive.

Here, nature and tradition intertwine — producing an olive oil of remarkable purity and balance.

100 trees. 100 stories

Caring for 100 olive trees is like caring for 100 members of our family.
We revived each one with months of pruning, cleaning, and careful replanting — transforming dry wood into fertile new growth.

Our neighbors, local farmers, became mentors and friends. They taught us to understand the rhythm of the trees: their need for balance, protection, and patience.

We chose a sustainable, chemical-free approach — using natural traps instead of sprays, respecting biodiversity and the delicate harmony of the grove.

From tree to bottle — tradition meets precision

In Pove del Grappa, the local mill has been run by the same family for generations.
They process our olives through traditional cold-pressing methods combined with modern, sustainable techniques — ensuring full traceability and consistent excellence.

This collaboration made possible our very first organic olive oil — a pure expression of our land, our labor, and our passion.

Then comes the true reward: the vibrant color, the aroma of fresh olives, and the distinctive flavor that tells the story of our land.

100 ULIVI – Boutique Organic Olive Oil

Since 2025, 100 ULIVI has been a boutique brand dedicated to the HoReCa industry and gastronomy enthusiasts.
We produce our own olive oil and complement it with that of our neighbors — all grown and pressed under the same standards of sustainability and excellence.

Our products are available online and in Romania, where we officially launched at the international RO-Wine Festival in Bucharest, May 2025. Our products are now available also in select gourmet stores in Bucharest and Constanța.

Growing roots deeper

This is only the beginning.
We’re expanding our range of premium olive-based products, turning our farm into a place of experiences — tastings, workshops, and agritourism.
Through the Bocado platform, we’re reaching the HoReCa market in Romania, while exploring new partnerships in France, including discussions with retailers in Paris and Provence.

The olive trees have reminded us to appreciate healthy food and to live in harmony with nature. Among them, we’ve found peace — and a sense of timeless continuity.
